Death-Qualified juries are unconstitutional and unfair

Death-qualified juries omit a large segment of our population, and are not impartial.  This is an obvious violation of the 6th Amendment to our Constitution -- our right to be heard and judged by an impartial jury that #JodiArias didn't receive:
