We thought we knew this case well, and had what happened down pat. Now, we have to rethink everything. If they lied about this -- and they did for 5 straight months -- what else have they lied about?
The only recourse is to set aside the verdict and, if the State of Arizona isn't satisfied with the 6 1/2 years (prison equivalent of 8 years less good time) Jodi has served, they can pursue a new trial -- with a prosecutor who plays by the rules, and, for heaven's sakes, a sequestered jury!
